We operate at the intersection of innovation and efficiency, and we need someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity to help us scale our impact and refine our business performance.

What you bring

In this senior-level, full-time role, you will be the driving force behind our most critical operational and strategic projects. You will work in a fully remote environment, though you should be prepared to travel onsite when necessary. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Leading high-impact projects that enhance our operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall service experience.
Collaborating with finance, product, and operations teams to build business cases and financial models that support our strategic investments.
Analyzing complex business data to uncover actionable insights that guide our leadership team in making informed, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter who possesses a strong ownership mentality and an eye for detail. You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations. Proficiency in financial modeling, business analysis, and process optimization is essential for success in this position. We value candidates who can influence others without relying on formal authority and who have a proven track record of managing complex projects with minimal oversight. Fluency in English is required, and you should be comfortable working across various functions to align our goals.
