Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level role designed for a strategic thinker who can operate anywhere in our approved hiring regions. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and serve as the architect of our partnership ecosystem, driving lead generation and business growth through high-value collaborations.
Your impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy, identifying and securing high-value relationships with PropTech platforms, brokerage networks, and other FinTech entities to drive loan volume.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial negotiation and contract signing to technical integration and ongoing performance optimization.
- Lead with data by managing the channel against strict KPIs, including lead volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, while ensuring all activities align with compliance and risk management standards.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the FinTech and real estate investment landscape. You should possess the following qualifications:
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel sales, with a specific focus on performance-based marketing.
- 4+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and a data-driven approach to measuring ROI.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities, specifically regarding complex technical agreements and compliance-heavy financial products.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
Perks and compensation
The annualized base salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $230,000, plus a 15% bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
