We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team and help us bring our brand promise to life.
What you bring
As our Director of Strategic Initiatives and Project Management, you will serve as a key leader in defining and operationalizing our brand across all Mather communities. This full-time, senior-level role is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid schedule. You will be responsible for managing complex projects and ensuring our high standards for service excellence are met consistently. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with our organizational goals and operational requirements.
- Supporting the President’s Office by managing Board-related projects and high-level strategic initiatives.
Requirements
We are searching for a candidate who combines a strategic mindset with a deep understanding of hospitality and customer service. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, and a PMP certification is considered a strong asset. We require 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in project management, specifically with a focus on service excellence. You must be a skilled communicator who can document brand standards effectively and navigate the nuances of stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable presenting to leadership or Board members. Proficiency in project management software is essential, as is the ability to travel occasionally to our various communities.
What we offer
We provide a competitive salary range of $118,000 to $135,000 USD, along with eligibility for a bonus plan. We are proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work, and we support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- A 401(k) program with an employer match.
- Generous paid time off that offers long-term flexibility.
- Wellness programs and a dedicated spending account for health-related expenses.
- Tuition reimbursement to support your continuing education.
- Commuter benefits and disability and life insurance coverage.
