The opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Storytelling to join our marketing team and report directly to our CMO. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be responsible for crafting and communicating our narrative. You will work closely with senior leadership and various service lines to ensure our brand voice remains authentic, relevant, and deeply connected to our mission. By transforming our vision into compelling human stories, you will help us differentiate our firm and foster emotional connections with our audience.
A day in the life
- Translate our leadership vision into a coherent, persuasive narrative that highlights our unique approach to wealth alignment and sets us apart from the rest of the industry.
- Architect our brand identity by managing the integration of our messaging across all platforms, including digital experiences, social media, whitepapers, and multimedia assets.
- Lead innovative creative projects from initial concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our content strategy resonates with our target audiences.
Who you are
You are a natural craftsperson with a deep background in strategic communications, brand management, and content development. You possess the ability to translate complex organizational goals into clear, engaging stories that connect with people on an emotional level. You are a self-motivated leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a mix of social intelligence and creative persuasion to the table. You have at least five years of experience in advertising agencies or in-house creative departments, and you are comfortable leading initiatives that span across digital and traditional media.
