Role at a glance

We are looking for a strategic Director of Site Reliability Engineering to lead our global infrastructure, network, and cloud operations teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. We need a seasoned leader who can oversee the performance and scalability of our complex systems while mentoring a talented team of engineers.

Your impact

• Architect and manage resilient infrastructure across our global office locations while ensuring high availability and system performance.
• Lead our public cloud deployments on platforms like AWS and Azure, focusing on scalability, cost-efficiency, and strict compliance.
• Establish robust observability and monitoring systems to proactively manage our network and infrastructure health.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a deep technical background. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Over 12 years of experience in site reliability engineering and infrastructure services, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and OCI, alongside a strong grasp of networking technologies like BGP, OSPF, and firewall management.
• Proficiency with automation tools and orchestration frameworks, specifically Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master’s degree and relevant certifications like CCIE or CISSP being highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proven track record of managing large-scale projects and scaling high-performing global teams.
