As a company recognized repeatedly for innovation and influence, we are looking for a visionary leader to join our team as a Director of Site Merchandising.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage a complex calendar of site updates across our subscription, reserve, and resale lines, ensuring that your strategies drive engagement and conversion for both new prospects and existing members.
- You will take ownership of our site refresh processes, which includes introducing or refining the tools we use to ensure our digital storefront remains seamless and efficient throughout the year.
- You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of site merchandisers while building strong partnerships with our marketing, buying, and product departments to execute our broader customer strategy.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in e-commerce, consumer technology, or retail. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and experience:
- Proven expertise in site merchandising, site performance analysis, and working with content management systems.
- Experience leading and developing early-career team members.
- A demonstrated ability to navigate and improve complex operational processes within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing the customer journey.
What you'll get
