Role at a glance

We are seeking a Director of Security Operations to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level leadership position based on-site in our New York City office, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our infrastructure and products.

Your impact

• Lead the evolution of our Security Operations Center by streamlining incident response, reducing noise, and sharpening our threat detection capabilities.
• Oversee a continuous cycle of monitoring, threat hunting, and forensic evaluation while managing essential technologies like eDiscovery and automation.
• Partner closely with our Engineering and Product teams to implement robust security monitoring across our entire service portfolio.

What you'll need

We are looking for a leader who brings a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a passion for building high-performing teams. You should have at least 7 years of experience in Information Security, along with the following qualifications:

• Strong expertise in security frameworks and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of essential security tools, including SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional leadership and stakeholders.
• A proven track record of mentoring and developing security professionals.
• The ability to make critical, analytical decisions under pressure while managing complex security projects.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation
