At Textio, we build the systems that help teams hire smarter, grow faster, and lead better. We empower organizations to make objective talent decisions through structured interviews, actionable feedback, and equitable performance reviews, and we are looking for a Director of Sales to join our team in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide daily guidance and developmental support to our team of Account Executives.
Implement effective sales processes and frameworks to ensure transparency and team alignment.
Lead the team to meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and forecasting goals.
Stay hands-on by joining sales calls, troubleshooting objections, and modeling a consultative approach.
Partner with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success departments to strengthen the sales funnel.
Foster a culture of reflection, feedback, and resilience within the sales organization.

Must-haves

6 to 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a frontline leadership role.
Proven success in coaching quota-carrying Account Executives within high-growth or startup environments.
Deep expertise in consultative sales methodologies and enterprise software.
Strong communication skills and a track record of building repeatable sales habits.
A builder’s mentality with a focus on both business metrics and long-term people development.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Direct experience selling into Human Resources or people-focused functions.

Benefits

The base salary for this role is 175,000 USD to 200,000 USD.
