We empower organizations to make objective talent decisions through structured interviews, actionable feedback, and equitable performance reviews, and we are looking for a Director of Sales to join our team in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily guidance and developmental support to our team of Account Executives.
- Implement effective sales processes and frameworks to ensure transparency and team alignment.
- Lead the team to meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and forecasting goals.
- Stay hands-on by joining sales calls, troubleshooting objections, and modeling a consultative approach.
- Partner with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success departments to strengthen the sales funnel.
- Foster a culture of reflection, feedback, and resilience within the sales organization.
Must-haves
- 6 to 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a frontline leadership role.
- Proven success in coaching quota-carrying Account Executives within high-growth or startup environments.
- Deep expertise in consultative sales methodologies and enterprise software.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of building repeatable sales habits.
- A builder’s mentality with a focus on both business metrics and long-term people development.
- Fluency in English.
