Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position based on-site in Ottawa, Canada. You will report directly to our President and play a pivotal role in shaping our international growth strategy while leading our global sales efforts.
Your impact
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a global sales team to achieve high performance and meet ambitious growth targets.
- Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key partners across academic, government, and industrial sectors.
- Analyze market trends and pipeline data to provide accurate forecasts and strategic insights to our senior leadership team.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a proven history of leading high-performing sales teams within the science, technology, or hardware industries. You should be comfortable discussing complex technical concepts with everyone from graduate students to high-level government officials. We value integrity, a drive for results, and a genuine curiosity about environmental science. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
