Role at a glance
We are searching for an experienced Director of Sales to join our team in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere while helping us transform the industrial recycling landscape.
Your impact
- Drive our growth by hitting ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets through the acquisition of new industrial partnerships.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from executing cold calling campaigns and qualifying leads to managing complex negotiations and closing enterprise deals.
- Act as a strategic partner to our clients by demonstrating the Outlast platform and collaborating with internal teams to build long-term value roadmaps.
What you'll need
- Over 10 years of experience managing industrial and manufacturing accounts, with a preference for those who have worked within the scrap industry.
- A demonstrated history of success in building top-of-funnel leads and closing significant enterprise-level contracts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a high level of proficiency with CRM software, specifically Copper.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starting attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A Bachelor's degree and full professional fluency in English.
