Our platform is designed to help engineers build the future faster by providing seamless access to circuit schematics and CAD models. You might know us by our previous name, SnapEDA, where we became the go-to library tool for 2 million engineers annually as they design everything from electric vehicles to satellites. We are currently scaling our newest innovation, SnapMagic Copilot, which leverages a proprietary dataset of over 10 million components to assist engineers in their creative process. We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team and help us bring this technology to the world.
The opportunity
As our Director of Sales, you will serve as a pivotal leader within our organization. This is a hands-on, player-coach role where you will manage our sales strategy while remaining deeply involved in the execution of our growth goals. You will act as a guide for global component manufacturers, helping them navigate their digital transformation and discover new ways to connect with the engineering community. By bridging the gap between our technology and the industry, you will play a critical role in scaling our revenue and expanding our footprint across the electronics ecosystem.
A day in the life
- You will lead from the front by driving new business initiatives and establishing the gold standard for how we approach sales at SnapMagic.
- You will recruit, mentor, and coach a team of high-performing Account Executives to build a culture of excellence and accountability.
- You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and pipeline generation to closing transformative partnerships that fuel our long-term growth.
Who you are
You are an experienced executive who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You possess a deep understanding of software sales and are comfortable using CRM tools to manage forecasting and reporting. You are a natural storyteller who can inspire customers with our vision, and you have a proven track record of closing complex deals. You are data-driven, resourceful, and possess the high energy required to build systems that scale. You communicate with precision and have a growth mindset that allows you to adapt quickly to new challenges. Fluency in English is required for this role, and you should be prepared to work in a hybrid capacity within the United States.
