The opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Sales to spearhead our enterprise sales function in the United States. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will report directly to our Senior Vice President of Sales. You will be responsible for managing a team of six to ten quota-carrying Account Executives, shaping our sales strategy, and expanding our footprint within the enterprise market. Because we are solving complex, legacy safety issues with disruptive technology, you will play a vital role in our go-to-market success by building the processes and metrics that allow us to scale effectively.
A day in the life
- You will mentor and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, providing the guidance they need to navigate complex, six to seven-figure enterprise deals.
- You will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and territory plans, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our aggressive revenue targets.
- You will act as a key evangelist for our AI-powered platform, collaborating with our marketing and product teams to refine our messaging and align our growth with the needs of global business leaders.
Who you are
You are a seasoned sales leader with 7 to 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, including at least 3 years in a management position. You thrive in the fast-paced environment of an early-stage company and have a proven track record of scaling teams and closing large, complex deals. You are fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:
- A deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, including rigorous CRM hygiene, data-driven forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Experience building rapport with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies.
- A strategic mindset, ideally paired with industry knowledge in Industrial SaaS, IoT, or supply chain technology.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A passion for AI and machine learning solutions that solve real-world problems.
