We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and scale our enterprise sales function. This pivotal role will focus on driving sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing team, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in early-stage SaaS companies and a track record of growing and managing successful sales teams. This role will manage 6-10 quota-carrying Account Executives, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
Intenseye is a disruptive company in a new category solving major legacy issues for our customers. We have a proven product and market fit and are closing and onboarding global enterprise customers. Now is an incredibly exciting time to join and help play a critical role in our US GTM team!

The role:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
  • Forecast performance on regular basis to drive Board-level company strategy
  • Execute on a formal field strategy and territory plan.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Account Executives.
  • Negotiate and close 6 to 7 figure complex deals driving AI adoption within Enterprises.
  • Foster relationships with key enterprise clients Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Establish sales processes and performance metrics to scale operations.
  • Inspire business leaders with our vision of AI-powered health and safety for their facilities.
  • Become an evangelist for Intenseye’s technologies and the capabilities of its platform.


  • Sound like you:
  • 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with 3+ years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven success in exceeding quota and scaling sales teams within early-stage organizations.
  • Strong background in closing enterprise-level deals and navigating long sales cycles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills; able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
  • Extensive utilization of Modern Forecasting and Sales Tech methodologies; Rigor and embrace of forecasting, CRM hygiene, sales metrics, and a data driven sales strategy
  • Vertical knowledge across some of the following:  Industrial & Manufacturing SaaS, /IoT or IIoT applications, and Supply Chain technology would be highly beneficial.
  • Capable of building trust and rapport with C-Level leaders of Fortune 500 EnterprisesExperience with AI/ML-based solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
