What you bring

We are seeking a senior-level Director of Sales to lead our expansion in the United States. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Los Angeles, where you will report to the President of North America and focus on securing partnerships with top-tier entertainment clients. You will be a hands-on closer who thrives on results and possesses a deep understanding of the media landscape.

• Leverage your existing network to establish our firm as the premier media buying partner for major studios and streaming services.
• Drive revenue growth by personally closing deals and consistently hitting ambitious sales targets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of direct media sales experience within the Hollywood entertainment sector. You must have a robust network of senior decision-makers and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. We value an entrepreneurial mindset, a clear bias toward action, and a deep technical understanding of programmatic advertising. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be someone who prioritizes delivering tangible value over administrative processes. We are looking for a candidate who is genuinely passionate about the film and television industry and eager to take full ownership of our U.S. sales operations.
