We are searching for a Director of Sales Operations to lead our Canadian market. Key outcomes
- Meet or exceed annual Canadian sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and retention metrics.
- Drive growth in the Canadian field by increasing leadership rank advancements and new sign-ups.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all local business functions.
- Launch and scale effective market-specific campaigns to increase our brand engagement and market share.
- Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to our global headquarters through quarterly KPI dashboards.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 8 years of experience leading national or regional sales organizations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-year sales strategies that result in measurable revenue growth and improved customer retention.
- Deep experience in managing full-market operations, including vendor relationships, inventory, and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of using performance metrics and dashboards to guide business decisions.
- Expertise in coaching and mentoring high-performing sales leaders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between local field teams and executive leadership.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to field locations within Canada.
