The role

We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a lead-level position designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in a SaaS environment and is eager to optimize our revenue engine. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and empowering our team to achieve ambitious goals.

Core responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire revenue lifecycle, from initial lead generation and pipeline management to post-sale processes and renewals.
  • Establish and manage consistent sales cadences to drive accountability, efficiency, and accurate forecasting across the organization.
  • Analyze key performance metrics related to bookings, customer success, and renewals to provide data-driven insights that accelerate sales performance.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations within a SaaS company, with a proven track record in leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and other essential sales technology tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively align sales teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset focused on scaling systems and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits
