What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior-level leader to join our Ecommerce team as a Director of Sales, specifically focused on our Amazon business. This is a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will lead the strategic growth and management of our Amazon account across several key categories, including Health and Personal Care, Beauty, and Fresh. You will have a significant impact on our brand presence and long-term profitability while helping us scale our mission.
What will you do?
- Partner with the VP of Ecommerce to develop and execute comprehensive Amazon account strategies, including annual operating plans and Joint Business Plans.
- Take full ownership of the Amazon P&L, managing financial levers like trade terms, rebates, and pricing to ensure profitable growth while meeting revenue and market share goals.
- Lead the day-to-day relationship with Amazon Vendor Managers and cross-functional teams, while collaborating with our internal Marketing and Supply Chain partners to optimize retail media investments and demand forecasting.

- At least 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in a 1P Amazon Sales Lead role.
- Strong expertise in CPG or FMCG industries, with a proven ability to manage complex trade budgets and P&L structures.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling stories for executive leadership.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners from a remote environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities with confidence.
