We are currently seeking a Director of Revenue Operations and AI to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this high-impact executive role, you will lead the charge in building the systems, data, and automation infrastructure that powers our growth. You will serve as the architect of our revenue engine, bridging the gap between marketing, sales, admissions, and customer support to ensure we scale with efficiency and intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute our go-to-market strategy across B2C and B2B funnels, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and innovation.
- Serve as the primary owner of our HubSpot Enterprise instance, managing the full suite of CRM, marketing, sales, and operational integrations.
- Implement and scale AI-driven solutions to optimize workflow automation, lead scoring, and predictive analytics across the entire customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 10 to 15 years of professional experience in revenue operations, demand generation, or sales and marketing operations.
- Deep technical proficiency with operational tech stacks, specifically HubSpot, and a proven ability to build systems that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in sales forecasting, revenue intelligence, and data analysis, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership.
- A forward-thinking mindset regarding AI literacy and a demonstrated track record of challenging the status quo to improve operational performance.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, marketing, and sales teams.
