The opportunity

We are searching for a visionary Director of Quality Assurance to lead our global QA strategy. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of quality for our diverse product lines, including our workplace communication, management, employee app, and intranet suites. You will be responsible for guiding a talented, distributed team while ensuring our software meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. By blending strategic planning with a hands-on approach, you will shape how we deliver excellence to our customers and ensure that our SaaS products remain industry-leading.

A day in the life

• You will develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with our long-term company goals while mentoring a global team of professionals.
• You will oversee the entire testing lifecycle, working closely with automation vendors to implement advanced frameworks and ensuring our releases are seamless and high-performing.
• You will collaborate across departments, including product management and engineering, to identify and mitigate risks while advocating for the best possible experience for our end users.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience in quality assurance, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. You have a deep understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies and have successfully managed distributed teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You are comfortable working with modern technology stacks, including JavaScript, Node.js, and Kubernetes. You possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English. Most importantly, you are a proactive, detail-oriented collaborator who is eager to innovate and drive continuous improvement across our organization.
