We are currently looking for a Director of Publishing to join our team in Sydney, Australia, on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our creative projects within a highly motivated and inclusive environment. As our regional lead, you will partner with our global teams to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that resonate with audiences across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic territory plans for our innovative product suite to drive regional growth.
- Orchestrate the creation and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns while identifying specific business opportunities within the local market.
- Manage and report on all regional spending, ensuring that financial and personnel resources are allocated effectively to meet our annual priorities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering successful, objective-led campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of the entertainment and gaming landscape in the ANZ region.
- Strong expertise in brand management, budget oversight, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Exceptional communication, planning, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive enthusiasm across diverse teams.
