What you bring
We are seeking a Director of Product to join our team in Malaysia on a full-time, on-site basis. In this leadership role, you will be at the heart of our technology powerhouse, guiding our product strategy and helping us disrupt traditional financial services. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our offerings, ensuring that our platform continues to deliver world-class experiences to our millions of users.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and requirements gathering to launch, monitoring, and ongoing refinement.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive significant business growth and product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, design, and engineering teams to align product roadmaps with our broader company goals and user experience standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep passion for fintech and a strong understanding of the financial services landscape. You should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least 8 years of experience in product management. We value candidates who have a proven track record of launching successful B2C products within the fintech sector and who are comfortable navigating complex regulatory and compliance requirements. You must be highly proficient in Agile methodologies, possess strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions, and demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, and you should thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
