What you bring
We are looking for an experienced Director of Product to join our team on a full-time basis in the United States. This executive role is perfect for a leader who excels at strategic thinking and wants to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our most vital initiatives. Your expertise in product management within the financial services and insurance sectors will be essential as you guide our vision from concept to scale. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team through consistent coaching and career development.
- Driving portfolio roadmap prioritization to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term innovation.
- Conducting deep market research and customer discovery to shape product decisions and strategy.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role possesses over a decade of product management experience, with at least four years spent leading and hiring high-performing teams. You should have a proven track record of scaling products from the early stages through periods of hyper-growth. We value candidates who have strong project management abilities and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Proficiency in SQL is preferred, as is a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business or computer science-related field. You must be a clear communicator who can confidently present strategies and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Fluency in English is required for this position.
