We are Teleport, the market leader in Identity-Native Infrastructure Access Management. Our mission is to protect critical computing infrastructure by replacing outdated, password-based access methods with secure, identity-based solutions. We are trusted by industry leaders like Snowflake, Elastic, NASDAQ, and DoorDash, and we are backed by major investors like Bessemer Venture Partners. As a company recognized for our award-winning culture and rapid growth, we are looking for a Director of Product to help us shape the future of our flagship Zero Trust Access platform. If you are a results-oriented professional who loves bridging the gap between technical engineering and high-level product strategy, we would love to meet you.
What you'll be doing
- You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to define the direction, user experience, and revenue strategy for our Zero Trust Access product.
- You will conduct deep-dive interviews with customers and prospects to gather the data and user stories necessary to build a robust product roadmap.
- You will take a hands-on approach by participating in hackathons, coding alongside our engineers, and running experiments to improve conversion rates and product adoption.
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript for front-end development and Go for back-end systems.
- A strong aptitude for product thinking and the ability to own outcomes rather than just completing tasks.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada without a visa.
What you'll get
We offer a flexible work environment designed to support your professional and personal life.
- Hybrid work options that allow for a balance between office and home.
- The ability to work in a remote-first culture for many of our roles.
