Key Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and designers to conceive and launch user-focused products that grow our customer base.
- Drive the product delivery process from discovery through deployment, including writing technical PRDs and managing backlogs to balance new features with technical debt.
- Partner with engineering, design, and business leadership to define our product vision and strategy while using data-driven insights to meet our quarterly and annual goals.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing product managers, designers, or engineers.
- Over 5 years of experience in user experience design at a consumer internet company, with a preference for backgrounds in FinTech or PropTech.
- Strong technical proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, and HTML/CSS, alongside the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in regulated industries and designing for mobile consumer applications or subscription services.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent strong track record in product and engineering management.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
