What you bring
As our Director of Product, you will lead our product development efforts, overseeing both our Product Management and Product Design teams. This full-time, remote role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between long-term vision and high-quality execution. You will report directly to our VP of Product and Engineering and serve as a key member of our senior leadership team. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Customer Development: Deeply understand our users' motivations and business challenges while setting processes that keep our entire team focused on solving real customer problems.
- Product Roadmap Development: Define our product strategy and vision, managing the roadmap from initial concept through delivery while balancing iterative improvements with creative new features.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow our Product Management and Product Design teams, fostering a culture of radical candor and high performance.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of strong leadership skills and hands-on product experience. You must have at least 3 years of experience in a product leadership role and a minimum of 6 years of experience shipping high-quality products, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You should be highly analytical, comfortable using data to drive decision-making, and possess a critical eye for design and functionality. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be based in the United States, as this role involves occasional travel for team meetups and customer visits.
