The role

We are seeking a Director of Product to join our Dragon City team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Spain. We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 5 years of experience in the free-to-play industry, specifically within live games, to own our product backlog and drive our strategic roadmap with a balance of ambition and pragmatism.

Core responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, agile team by defining the product roadmap and creating features that directly impact key performance indicators.
• Utilize data, analytics, and player feedback to make informed decisions while maintaining the courage to take calculated risks and trust your instincts.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages creative brainstorming, innovation, and a focus on getting things done without sacrificing excellence.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a product leadership role, ideally with a background in live, free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of setting measurable goals and using data to drive growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including game design, art, development, and marketing.
• A deep understanding of current industry trends, business models, and go-to-market strategies.
• A creative, entrepreneurial mindset that embraces transparency, humility, and the ability to solve complex challenges.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
