- At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing product managers, designers, or engineers.
- Deep experience in user experience design, specifically within consumer internet companies, with a preference for backgrounds in FinTech or PropTech.
- Strong technical proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, and HTML/CSS, along with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
- Proven experience designing for mobile consumer applications and subscription services, ideally within regulated industries.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering, or a significant track record in product and engineering management.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.

- Up to 16 weeks of fully paid parental and bonding leave.
- A $1,000 annual stipend to support your individual learning and professional development.
- Access to the First Round Network to help you build your professional community.
- Coverage for applicable real estate and tax consulting licensing and renewal fees.
