What is this role?
We are seeking a Director of Product to lead our Headquarters tribe. This is a full-time, lead-level position that offers a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will blend creativity, technology, and business insight to shape the operational backbone for some of the world's most forward-thinking hospitality brands.
What will you do?
- Define and communicate a bold, multi-year product vision that makes group-level hospitality operations intelligent, effortless, and scalable.
- Validate product assumptions through rapid experimentation and direct engagement with fast-scaling hotel groups.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of product managers and designers while fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and growth.

- At least 5 years of product leadership experience within B2B SaaS, ideally in a vertically integrated domain.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering strong dynamics and individual growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Technical fluency, particularly with complex product surfaces involving configuration, infrastructure, or reporting.
- A customer-first mindset, supported by a track record of using data analytics and market research to drive product decisions.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
