We are a remote company on a mission to bring trust and transparency to home services industries through virtual inspection technology. Yembo’s AI uses smartphone videos to build an on-demand digital replica of each property that will immediately answer questions such as how many furniture items need to be moved, what is the square footage of the room, what type of material is the home built out of, etc. With 100 million+ properties in the USA alone, there are millions of inspections required for all sorts of home services like moving, insurance underwriting, insurance claims handling, mortgage, and flooring renovations, and we want Yembo to be the category-defining company that virtualizes inspections for these industries.

What does it mean for a home services company?

Yembo enables home services companies to provide an Amazon-like customer experience in a highly outdated industry. Often, it means you can hire people outside the industry with no industry expertise (at a lower cost) to provide the correct quote to the customer. These industries therefore become more profitable overall, since they can use Yembo's technology to spend less while providing a better customer experience. 

About You

Yembo is gearing up for a transformative year across the full business! We're seeking a Director of Product to help scale and develop our product in our current verticals with direct tactical responsibility for the Moving vertical. Responsibilities

• You will inherit our product roadmap for the Moving vertical. 
  • We are initiating a refresh of our core product for the moving industry, which drives a lot of company usage and revenue. Your primary responsibility would be taking over the refresh efforts - working with the CEO, CTO, design, and engineering teams to ensure the product refresh is successful. As part of this effort, you will also be spending a lot of time with our customers, ensuring that their feedback is captured in the engineering and design process.
  • Manage the engineering and design team priorities as we get feedback from customers on product functionality and make the right tradeoffs.
  • Work with the CEO and CTO on establishing a product roadmap.
• Work with our Enterprise customers to understand their workflows, scope out integrations with their existing tools and with partner tools to drive workflow stickiness, growth and adoption of the Yembo product.
• Work with engineering and customers on API designs to ensure smooth workflow adoption.
• Join sales and customer success calls to advise prospects and existing customers on integration and product capabilities
• You will also take line manager responsibilities for the design team. 

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a Product role in SaaS - Preferably in Series B stage
• Have experience being a Software Engineer before moving into Product
• Primary lead Product Manager for a software product in the 0 to 1 stage, or has managed a big product refresh
• Experience leading user research and design teams

Bonus

• Product strategy experience is a plus but not required. 
• Experience with working with AI, data science or machine learning teams.

Salary: $185,000
