At Yembo, we are building the future of home services by using AI and smartphone video to create digital replicas of properties. Our technology helps industries like moving, insurance, and renovations modernize their inspection processes, replacing outdated manual methods with a seamless, Amazon-like customer experience. We are looking for a Director of Product to join our fully remote team and take ownership of our Moving vertical as we scale our impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic refresh of our core product for the moving industry, working closely with our CEO, CTO, design, and engineering teams.
- Manage priorities for engineering and design while balancing customer feedback with technical requirements.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to map out their workflows and design API integrations that drive product adoption and stickiness.
- Participate in sales and customer success meetings to provide expert guidance on our product capabilities.
- Serve as the line manager for our design team, supporting their growth and output.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product role within a SaaS environment, ideally at the Series B stage.
- A technical background with previous experience working as a Software Engineer.
- Proven success as a lead product manager for a product in the 0 to 1 stage or experience managing a major product overhaul.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading user research and design teams.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience developing high-level product strategy.
- Background in collaborating with AI, data science, or machine learning teams.
