The role

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Product to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior leadership position where you will take ownership of our Guest product domain. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our guest experience, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, and driving innovation across our portfolio to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our global customers.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the vision and execution of a guest-focused product strategy that elevates the overall user experience.
• Develop a clear, actionable product roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Build, mentor, and retain a talented team of product managers while fostering an environment of inclusivity, collaboration, and excellence.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management and leadership. We are looking for candidates who have:

• At least 2 years of experience leading product teams with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
• Deep expertise in consumer-facing products and the ability to manage a complex product roadmap.
• A strategic vision that allows you to translate high-level goals into concrete, actionable steps.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-first approach to solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
