Director of Product at BLACKLANE

Blacklane is looking for a results-driven Director of Product to lead our Guest product domain. 

In this role, you’ll shape the future of our Guest experience, overseeing the entire product lifecycle and driving innovation across our portfolio.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Product Strategy: Lead the vision and execution of a guest-focused product strategy that elevates the user experience.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a talented team of product managers, fostering an environment of collaboration, inclusivity and excellence. .
• Product Roadmap: Develop a clear, actionable product roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Collaborative Execution: Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive seamless product development and launch.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Track key product metrics, use data insights to refine the strategy, and continuously improve product outcomes.

 ABOUT YOU:

• Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience leading product teams with a proven ability to launch and scale products.
• Consumer Product Expertise: Experience working with consumer-facing products and delivering a product roadmap.
• Strategic Vision: You’ve contributed to shaping product strategy and can translate vision into action.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent at working with diverse teams to achieve a common goal.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a data-first approach to problem-solving.
