The opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Product to take the lead on high-impact initiatives that will fundamentally change how appraisal companies operate. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will have genuine ownership over the product lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to roadmap execution. You will work closely with our Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to ensure we are delivering industry-leading solutions. By managing and developing our team of Product Managers, you will be instrumental in turning our ambitious ideas into reality.
A day in the life
- You will take full ownership of the product discovery process, transforming high-level strategies into actionable execution plans that include clear milestones and delivery timelines.
- You will collaborate directly with our Chief Product Officer to define our long-term product vision and roadmap while engaging in strategic conversations with customers and internal stakeholders.
- You will lead, mentor, and develop our team of Product Managers, setting the standard for excellence in execution and product ownership.
Who you are
You are an experienced product leader with a proven history of shipping meaningful, user-facing products within a SaaS environment. You possess strong skills in product discovery and requirements definition, and you have a deep sense of empathy for the users who rely on our tools to do their jobs. You are comfortable navigating complex workflows and enjoy working across departments to align Engineering and GTM teams. Proficiency in English is required for this role, as you will be collaborating with diverse teams across multiple time zones.
