Director of Product at Thoropass

We are looking for a Director of Product to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of talented product managers, providing guidance to help them grow while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Define and execute product strategy for specific verticals, ensuring our roadmap aligns with business goals and delivers measurable value to our customers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to manage complex dependencies and launch market-leading product features.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years spent in a leadership or management role.
• A strong background in software development, including experience with the full product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Technical proficiency with project management and analytics tools such as Jira, Productboard, Heap, or Segment.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-centered product solutions while maintaining a clear, data-driven strategy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
• A deep understanding of software architecture and the ability to navigate technical trade-offs to drive feature development.
