We are Level Access, a prominent SaaS company dedicated to digital accessibility. We are currently looking for a Director of Product to join our team on a full-time and remote basis. In this leadership position, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of products, guide our product managers toward professional growth, and work closely with our internal teams to ensure our product initiatives align with the vision set by our Chief Product Officer.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead a group of product managers to ensure the ongoing success and development of our product portfolio.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from initial discovery to final market launch by coordinating with designers, researchers, engineers, and product operations.
- Oversee the product roadmap by prioritizing features, managing project dependencies, and balancing trade-offs to meet our strategic goals.
Requirements
- A proven track record in product management and a history of leading high-performing teams.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in fields such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, specifically regarding the hiring, mentorship, and management of personnel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a preference for candidates who use data to drive their decision-making.
- The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing complex, technical products under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with both internal partners and customers.
