We are a passionate group of entrepreneurial technologists and gamers committed to high performance, collaboration, and building market-defining software. We are looking for a visionary Director of Product to help shape our strategic direction and lead our efforts in tracking and enhancing the global gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term product strategy that aligns with our company vision.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Own the product roadmap and establish key performance indicators to track our success.
- Collaborate across departments with data scientists and business leads to ensure our decisions are backed by deep analytical insights.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to keep our platform at the forefront of the industry.
- Drive user-centric innovation by utilizing research and A/B testing to refine the platform experience.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of product launches and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
Must-haves
- Over 10 years of experience in product management, including a proven history of leading and directing teams.
- Extensive background in digital product management, specifically with experience in scaling activity tracking platforms.
- Strong technical foundation in software engineering, product design, or data science.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work from our Los Angeles office Monday through Thursday.
Nice-to-haves
- Deep personal passion for the gaming industry.
- Specific familiarity with game dynamics and user engagement strategies, particularly within the MOBA genre.

The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $220,000.
