What is this role?

We are hiring a Director of Product to join us full time in a remote capacity. This is a director-level position that calls for someone ready to shape product direction at scale while leading a multidisciplinary team.

What will you do?

• Shape and drive our product strategy by spotting market opportunities, understanding client needs, and deciding which features and capabilities to prioritize in line with company goals and resources.
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle from initial idea through launch, working side-by-side with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
• Manage our product portfolio by reviewing performance, spotting areas for improvement, and recommending enhancements, updates, or retirements that keep our offerings competitive and valuable.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring extensive product-management experience and a track record of successful launches, ideally in sales-enablement or social-networking environments. You have led and grown teams of product managers, designers, and engineers, and you combine that leadership skill with a strong technical foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing. You also demonstrate clear business acumen, the ability to turn complex data into sound decisions, and excellent collaboration across research, engineering, design, and business-development groups. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred. Fluency in English is essential.
