Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Director of Product to join our senior leadership team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position where you will oversee our product management and design teams. While we are a global company, this specific role requires you to be based in the United States. You will work in a remote environment, collaborating asynchronously with a team that values deep work and thoughtful execution.
Your impact
- Drive customer development by deeply understanding user motivations and business contexts, while establishing processes that keep our entire product team focused on solving real customer problems.
- Lead product roadmap development by defining our long-term strategy and vision, ensuring our goals align with business objectives like increasing net revenue retention.
- Manage and mentor our product management and design teams, fostering a culture of excellence, professional growth, and high-quality software delivery.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in a product leadership or management role.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience shipping high-quality products, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in analytics and metrics to inform strategic decisions and define success.
- A critical eye for design and product function, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and the ability to travel occasionally for team meetups and customer visits.
