What is this role?

We are searching for a Director of Product to join our growing team. This is a full-time, leadership-level position that offers significant flexibility. While our home base is in Lexington, Kentucky, you can work on-site, in a hybrid capacity, or remotely. If you choose to work remotely, we simply ask that you visit our office for your initial orientation and for team meetings, which typically occur once per quarter.

What will you do?

• You will define our product vision and strategy while ensuring that the direction of our products remains transparent and visible across the entire organization.
• You will conduct thorough market research to understand our positioning and audience, allowing you to identify and justify the best possible solutions for our clients.
• You will mentor and empower our product managers, fostering a culture of accountability while continuously improving our internal processes to enhance efficiency and quality control.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should be a curious, independent thinker who enjoys solving complex problems. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in product management, specifically in leadership roles where you have successfully managed and launched products. You should be comfortable working in Agile Scrum environments and possess hands-on technical experience from your time as an individual contributor. Because we work with complex data solutions, experience with cloud-based technologies is highly valued. You must be a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between development, operations, and executive stakeholders while ensuring all products remain compliant with industry regulations.
