Our solutions have already impacted more than 30 million lives, and we are looking for someone to help us continue this work. If you are tired of the status quo and want to build a better future, we want to meet you.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director of Product - Network to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. As a leader in our product organization, you will play a critical role in shaping how we deliver healthcare solutions to our partners.
Your impact
- Market solution design: You will collaborate with our network, sales, and go-to-market teams to define and scope our delivery capabilities, including provider coverage and integration sequencing, before new markets are sold.
- Partner and TPA data exchange: You will define the integration requirements for the entire claim lifecycle, ensuring that our partners have clear, actionable specifications for inbound claims, pricing, and eligibility.
- Network configuration and pricing: You will own the end-to-end process of transforming signed rate sheets into accurately priced claims, setting the quality bar for everything from data ingestion to audit.
What you'll need
- Reimbursement fluency: You have hands-on experience with fee schedules and rate methodologies, including percent-of-Medicare, per diem, case rates, and DRG.
- Domain expertise: You have built your career in health plans, TPAs, payment-integrity organizations, or network contracting environments.
- Technical and data proficiency: You can read data models, write SQL, and communicate clearly with engineering teams to ensure requirements are built correctly.
- Strong communication: You possess excellent written communication skills, as you will be responsible for creating detailed requirements documents that serve as the foundation for our product development.
- Commercial confidence: You are comfortable representing Nomi Health in front of external stakeholders, including brokers and TPA executives.
- Self-directed mindset: You thrive in environments where you define your own priorities and determine what matters most to the business.
Perks and compensation
- Remote work flexibility.
