We are looking for a visionary Director of Product Marketing to join our team in a hybrid capacity, splitting time between remote work and our office in Danvers, Massachusetts.
What you'll be doing
- Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for our extensive portfolio of reagent antibody products and services.
- Lead and mentor a team of product marketing managers while collaborating closely with R&D, sales, and global marketing departments to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product expansion.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the life sciences industry and a passion for scientific advancement. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a life sciences discipline is required, while a PhD or MBA is highly preferred.
- Over 10 years of product marketing experience within the life sciences sector, including at least 5 years of experience in team leadership.
- Expertise in reagent antibody technologies, including their applications in flow cytometry, proteomics, and immunoassays.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, and data-driven market segmentation.
- Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English.
