The role
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a foundational leadership position reporting directly to our CMO. As we continue to launch new products at high velocity, you will have the unique opportunity to build our product marketing function from the ground up. We are looking for an experienced director who is comfortable navigating complex product strategies while crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including those in non-digital-first industries.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new features and product suites across our B2B and B2C platforms.
- Develop and implement segmented messaging frameworks that resonate with specific buyer personas across our core verticals like construction, healthcare, and logistics.
- Partner with our product, sales, and research teams to gather actionable customer insights and drive user adoption through data-backed marketing initiatives.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments. We value candidates who have a builder’s mindset and are eager to establish new processes and collaboration rituals. Your qualifications should include:
- Proven experience leading product marketing or go-to-market strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- A track record of managing successful product launches from inception to market.
- The ability to translate complex user data and product features into clear, sticky positioning for multiple segments.
- Experience working closely with product managers and sales teams to align on messaging and enablement.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
