Director of Product Management at LuminDigital

As we continue to expand our product offerings, we are looking for a visionary Director of Product Management to guide our talented team. In this role, you will shape the future of our product line by defining strategic roadmaps, driving market expansion, and ensuring that our services deliver exceptional value. You will operate in a remote capacity, collaborating across departments to bridge the gap between technical execution and long-term business objectives.

Key outcomes

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers to design and launch industry-leading digital products.
• Partner with our Vice President of Product Management to refine our product vision and execute a comprehensive, data-driven roadmap.
• Ensure all product development aligns with our financial objectives, including margin growth, cost management, and average revenue per user.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirements gathering to deployment and launch readiness.
• Foster strong partnerships with engineering leadership to maintain high standards for quality, user experience, and timely delivery.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, including procurement processes and ongoing performance oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement in our internal deployment processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Take full ownership of team resource allocation, capacity planning, and personnel management, including hiring and performance development.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five to eight years of experience in product management, ideally within the digital banking or financial technology sectors.
• Two to three years of direct leadership experience managing product teams.
• Deep expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to commercialize complex products while managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• A commitment to our core values of trust, respect, and boldness.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 percent of the time.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• A Master’s degree or MBA.
• Professional certifications in Agile or product management methodologies.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams responsible for multiple products across various markets.
