Role at a glance

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level leadership position where you will report to the Vice President of Growth. You will play a pivotal role in our Product Management and Growth organization, helping us define the future of our product suite while maintaining a holistic view of our business systems.

Your impact

• Drive Product Strategy: You will define our product vision and roadmap, ensuring that our long-term goals align perfectly with our broader business objectives.
• Champion Systems Thinking: You will develop and implement strategies that address business challenges by optimizing interconnected processes across the entire organization.
• Lead and Mentor: You will manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, deep problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in product management with a strong background in a leadership capacity.
• A deep understanding of systems thinking and the ability to solve complex business problems with sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Strong technical acumen that allows you to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A hands-on approach and a willingness to dive into the details when necessary to drive success.
• Fluency in English.
