The opportunity

Our infrastructure currently spans multiple cloud providers, utilizing a complex mix of single-tenant and multi-tenant environments across various regions. As we support thousands of SaaS customers and hundreds of in-house engineers, we need to balance flexibility, cost, and consistency without overwhelming our engineering teams. We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our Infrastructure group. Reporting to the VP of Product Management for Platform Engineering, you will guide a dedicated team of product managers focused on observability, cloud architecture, SRE practices, and our internal developer platform. You will serve as a bridge between our internal R&D teams and our external customers, ensuring our security and compliance needs are met at every level of our stack.

A day in the life

• You will champion the stability of our systems by identifying the root causes of instability and prioritizing improvements across the organization.
• You will collaborate with security teams to stay ahead of evolving threats and advocate for initiatives that harden our infrastructure.
• You will design and implement FinOps practices to maintain mature cost controls while ensuring our engineers still have the freedom to innovate.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with a deep passion for operations, including DevOps, SRE, service management, and incident response. You thrive in high-growth environments and bring extensive knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure, specifically Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and Azure. You are comfortable with continuous integration and deployment workflows and possess a talent for using data to tell compelling stories that drive action. Because our team is globally distributed, you have experience working effectively across time zones. Finally, you are a supportive manager who enjoys helping product managers grow their careers and skills.
