What you bring
As our Director of Product Management, you will serve in a full-time, executive-level capacity where you will guide the strategy and delivery of our administrative interfaces. This role is available to candidates located anywhere, and you will work in a flexible hybrid environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers to execute a clear product vision.
- Driving the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial conceptualization through to successful market delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure our product roadmap aligns with broader business objectives.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in product management, specifically within the software or enterprise space. You should possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, user experience design principles, and data-driven decision-making. We value candidates who demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and the interpersonal skills necessary to manage stakeholders effectively. A bachelor’s degree is required, while an MBA or an advanced degree is considered a significant plus. You must be fluent in English and ready to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within our team.
