Director of Product Management at Cambridge Mobile Telematics

What is this role?

We are hiring a Director of Product Management to join the DriveWell Engage & Risk team on a full-time, hybrid basis. The position is an executive-level role focused on shaping and scaling products that serve both consumers and enterprise customers in the insurance and mobility space.

What will you do?

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, guiding the team from early ideas through execution so that new capabilities reach users at scale.
• Partner closely with designers, data scientists, analysts, and researchers to deliver user-centered experiences that combine data and AI in meaningful ways.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration inside and outside the Engage & Risk group, mentoring colleagues and raising the overall practice of product management across the company.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring at least ten years of experience in B2C and B2B technology businesses, including six or more years in product management where you have shipped ambitious, user-loved products and growth initiatives. Experience in insurance or telematics is helpful but not required. You are fluent in SQL, comfortable turning data into insights, and genuinely excited by the latest developments in AI. Strong written and verbal communication lets you align teams at every level, and you balance strategic leadership with a humble, hands-on approach that helps others succeed. Candidates may be based in Cambridge, Massachusetts or Seattle, Washington, and must be fluent in English.
