We are looking for a strategic Director of Product Management to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Boston. At Snowplow, we serve as the global leader in customer data infrastructure for AI, helping organizations like Burberry, Strava, and AutoTrader own and utilize their behavioral data. Following our 40 million dollar Series B funding led by NEA, we are expanding our efforts to build next-generation data services, including knowledge graph runtimes and multi-modal data ingestion, to power the future of real-time agentic applications.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for our agentic applications and services, ensuring our roadmap balances immediate deliverables with long-term technical innovation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize technical requirements for scalable solutions, focusing on real-time data ingestion, schema validation, and AI-ready data governance.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and training materials that drive adoption and customer value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of specialized experience in product management within data infrastructure, data analytics, or AI and ML platforms.
- A strong technical background with familiarity in Python-centric toolkits, stream processing, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
- Deep understanding of multi-modal data types, such as audio, video, text, and IoT, along with experience in SaaS or enterprise software business models.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, though an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and represent our innovation at industry events.
