Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Growth vertical on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level role requiring extensive experience, and you will work in a hybrid capacity, joining our team at our New York City headquarters two days per week.
Your impact
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for our Growth product, including activation, retention, and monetization initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing leadership to drive 0-to-1 product initiatives that deliver transformative value to our users.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of experience in product-focused roles, with a minimum of 3 years spent in people management.
- A proven track record of driving adoption in a product-centric growth environment.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to balance qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Fluency in English.
- A passion for innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Perks and compensation
The starting base salary for this position is $225,000 to $285,000, plus target equity and benefits.
