We are Click Therapeutics, a company dedicated to developing, validating, and commercializing software as prescription medical treatments. Our team creates Digital Therapeutics that provide accessible, clinically proven, and FDA-regulated treatments directly to patients via their smartphones. By combining scientific rigor with patient-centric design, we address unmet medical needs across psychiatry, neurology, oncology, immunology, and cardiometabolic diseases. We are currently seeking a Director of Product Management to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will lead our talented product managers, refine our development processes, and help shape a portfolio of products that make a tangible difference in patient health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps for our digital therapeutic portfolio.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with our pharmaceutical partners to ensure the ongoing success of our joint initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in product management roles within an agile environment, specifically working on mobile products.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership capacity, managing product management teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- A deep passion for healthcare and a commitment to patient-centric design.
What we offer
