What you bring

We need a Director of Product Management who will guide our product vision, set the roadmap, and lead a team of product managers in a fast-paced, analytics-driven environment. This full-time hybrid role is based in downtown Chicago, with three days of in-office collaboration each week. You will bring director-level experience in product management, a strong command of SQL, market research, and A/B testing, and a passion for building customer-centric solutions in financial services.

• Own the complete product lifecycle from strategy and design through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring every release supports clear business objectives.
• Partner closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions quickly while maintaining a relentless focus on the customer.
• Establish repeatable product processes that encourage rapid iteration, clear accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Location: United States (hybrid, downtown Chicago).

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field and brings at least seven years of product-management experience, including two or more years leading product managers or cross-functional teams. Three or more years of work in fintech, lending, financial services, or payments is required, and prior start-up experience is highly valued. You are comfortable querying product data with SQL, excel at written and verbal communication, and can influence stakeholders at every level. We look for self-starters who take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
