Picture a team that turns billions of miles of driving data into safer roads for everyone. At Cambridge Mobile Telematics, our AI platform, DriveWell® Fusion, pulls together sensor readings from smartphones, connected cars, dashcams, and other devices, then blends them with contextual information to give insurers, automakers, and public agencies a clear view of driver behavior. Every day we help tens of millions of people drive more safely while enabling smarter decisions across the mobility industry.
The opportunity
We are searching for a Director of Product Management to guide the vision and growth of our Engage & Risk product area, the largest and fastest-expanding part of our business. In this role you will shape how data and AI come together to create experiences that both consumers and enterprises value, while helping us raise the overall standard of product work across the company. Your leadership will directly influence how we scale products that save drivers money and improve road safety worldwide.
A day in the life
- Partnering with designers, analysts, data scientists, and researchers to turn ideas into user-centered capabilities that ship at scale.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success so every team moves in the same direction.
- Strengthening our product practices by mentoring teammates, refining processes, and sharing what works so the whole function keeps getting better.
Who you are
You bring more than ten years of experience in B2C and B2B technology, including at least six years leading product teams that have delivered meaningful business results and experiences people love. You are fluent in SQL, comfortable using data to uncover insights, and genuinely excited by the latest developments in AI. You have a track record of guiding teams through ambiguity, know when to lead and when to collaborate, and you communicate clearly with audiences at every level. Experience in insurance or telematics is helpful but not required. You can be based in Cambridge, Massachusetts or Seattle, Washington, and you are fluent in English.
Why you'll love it here
You will receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401k match, short- and long-term disability coverage, and parental leave. We offer unlimited paid time off for vacation, sick days, and public holidays, plus flexible scheduling that supports hybrid and work-from-home arrangements. Beyond the benefits, you will join employee resource groups focused on community and well-being, take advantage of extensive wellness and learning programs, and know that every product decision you make contributes to safer roads around the world.
