What you bring
As our Director of Product Management for Rewards, you will lead the strategy and execution for one of our most critical business areas. This is a full-time role based in the United States, requiring you to work from our Cambridge office on a hybrid schedule. You will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and executing the product vision and roadmap to deliver scalable value to our users.
- Innovating and growing our portfolio of capabilities by collaborating closely with designers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Building strong cross-functional partnerships to align teams and influence stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least nine years of experience in B2C and B2B technology, specifically within rewards or affinity programs. You should have over six years of product management experience and five years of management responsibility. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. You must be fluent in SQL to analyze data and uncover insights. We value candidates who possess humility and scrappiness, along with the ability to motivate teams in fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication skills in English are essential, as is a genuine passion for AI and data-driven innovation.
